1. Our Commitment
At Eastern Flow 5, we want your elemental talisman to resonate perfectly with your spirit. If the energy or the aesthetic isn’t in total flow with you, we are here to help.
2. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
• Conditions: To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all Eastern Flow 5 tags attached and in the original premium packaging (including the insert card and gift box).
• Hygiene Note: Due to hygiene standards, earrings must be unopened in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for return.
3. The Nature of Pearls
Each pearl and gemstone is a unique creation of nature. Minor variations in luster, surface texture, and color are not considered defects but are proof of their organic origin and unique vibration. These natural characteristics ensure that your talisman belongs only to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
• Customized Pieces: Any jewelry customized through our "Resonance" bespoke service or specific alterations.
• Final Sale: Items purchased during special clearance events.
5. Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email care@easternflow5.com with your order number and the reason for the return (we'd love to know if the "Flow" wasn't right).
2. Ship It Back: Once approved, we will provide the return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refunds: Once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your talisman arrives with its energy disrupted (damaged during shipping), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the package. We will prioritize a replacement for you to restore your flow immediately.
